Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to an assigned patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and progress therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Flexibility to float between clinics within the network to support staffing needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state physical therapy license.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a busy outpatient caseload with efficiency.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduate with prior outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Experience working in multiple clinic locations or with float assignments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
