Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures, including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy
- Assist with prep and recovery of adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced endoscopy unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure safety during procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to unit policies, including dress code and patient care standards
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Experience or familiarity with endoscopy procedures preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in an endoscopy or GI setting
- Knowledge of endoscopy equipment and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
