Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients
• Manage a caseload averaging 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, pending approval of additional OT hours
• Ensure productivity of approximately 60 visits per week
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain supervisor approval for overtime hours
• Support outpatient patients with diverse orthopedic needs in a team environment
Required Qualifications
• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Ability to handle a busy outpatient caseload efficiently
• Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent grads not considered; experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to float to other clinics as needed
