Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and perform patient assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure a high standard of patient safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• At least 1-year nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in regional or community hospital settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
