Key Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response nursing care in a busy surgical environment within the main operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure quality patient care during diverse procedures.
• Assist with procedures including total joints, spine, transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics.
• Adhere to unit policies and protocols to maintain a safe and efficient operating environment.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech EMR system.
• Support the surgical team during high-pressure situations and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, with flexibility for nights and weekends.
• Recent experience with procedures such as joint replacements, transplants, robotics, or vascular surgeries.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large facility with advanced technology and equipment.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Additional Notes

• This is a guaranteed 48-hour week with an 8-week assignment starting approximately on 10/20/2025.
• No RTO (request for time off) can be accommodated during this period.
• No special scheduling adjustments are available; candidates must be flexible with the schedule.
