Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients, following established treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation and coordinate with the ATI team prior to assignment start.
• Set up required equipment and ensure compliance with facility protocols.
• Adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Maintain active licensure and participate in credentialing processes as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up therapy sessions and equipment.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Must be able to start with a compact license but obtain full licensure immediately.
• Ability to work flexible daytime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with ATI processes and documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
