Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Full-time, Day shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient condition regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and safety.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio nursing license or Compact state license.
- Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting with telemetry patients.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
