Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
• Circulate during obstetric and gynecological procedures
• Monitor and support maternal and neonatal health during labor and delivery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
Required Qualifications
• Valid nursing license with at least 3 years of labor and delivery experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications; AWHONN Advanced preferred
• Ability to circulate and manage obstetric patients in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a magnet-designated acute care hospital
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system
• Ability to work collaboratively within a hospital team
