Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Help develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and sessions.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for therapy sessions.
• Support patient care activities to promote recovery and well-being.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) license or certification.
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous work in a pediatric, outpatient, or acute care setting.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
