Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire state license to practice as a Physical Therapist or PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience working in a clinical setting preferred.
• Compliance with all federal and state healthcare regulations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation software.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs efficiently.
