Key Responsibilities
• Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal supervision
• Coordinate and schedule tasks among team members and staff
• Participate in resident orientation and onboarding processes
• Contribute to the development and updates of care plans
• Support overall quality of life and well-being of senior residents in a long-term care setting
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with seniors or in geriatric care
• Current BCLS certification
• Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends as required
• Ability to work a scheduled 5-day week, Thursday through Monday, with open to block scheduling
Preferred Experience / Skills
• QuickMAR charting experience (not required but preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
