Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Flexibility to float to different clinics is not required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept new graduate candidates.
• Open to first-time travelers.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Must have approval from director for any overtime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Experience with double-booking follow-up visits is advantageous.
