Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical or residential setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Assist with patient mobility, rehabilitation, and pain management initiatives.
• Support patient education to promote recovery and health.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
• Proven experience in physical therapy, preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with elderly or long-term care populations.
• Bilingual abilities or experience serving diverse patient groups.
