Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapeutic interventions to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy exercises and techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of healthcare safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with occupational therapy equipment and documentation software.
