Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients, assessing their needs and developing treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions designed to improve patients’ functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adapt therapy strategies to meet individual patient needs and goals.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license in Occupational Therapy.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in clinical or hospital settings.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated understanding of therapeutic techniques and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with pediatric or adult populations (depending on client needs).
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and tools.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
