- Document client progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or certification.
- Proven experience in speech-language therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate and develop effective treatment plans.
- Knowledge of documentation and compliance protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or school-based settings.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
