• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop effective therapy strategies
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment programs and therapeutic exercises
• Adhere to compliance standards and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
• Successful completion of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with latest occupational therapy techniques and tools
