Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location: Oberlin, KS
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care/senior living facility
- Pass medications and monitor residents' health status
- Work directly on the floor overseeing resident well-being
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Kansas
- Experience with medication administration and resident care in LTC/SNF settings
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Must pass medication administration assessments
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Previous experience in a SNF or LTC environment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible attitude to handle on-call responsibilities if required
