Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy services for a variety of patient populations, including orthopedic, neurological, and general medical cases.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy treatments and document progress using Meditech system.
• Float across inpatient rehab and acute care units, including orthopedic, telemetry, and ICU.
• Maintain professionalism in adherence to facility dress code and policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas OT or PT license.
• Inpatient rehab and acute care experience.
• Flexibility and strong work ethic.
• Ability to float between units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2-3 years of inpatient rehab and hospital experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• NDT or brain injury certifications.
