Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions to children and adults to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and families to ensure effective patient care.
• Track and document patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
• ASHA certification or equivalent credentials.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical, school, or outpatient setting.
• Bilingual skills or experience working with specific populations (preferred but not required).
