Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapeutic services tailored to patient needs.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities designed to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and update records according to clinical guidelines.
• Support patients in developing daily living and work skills.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic practices related to occupational therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
