Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Assess patient conditions and formulate appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Valid active Massachusetts nursing license.
- Minimum of 2+ years of emergency room experience.
- Current ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications.
- Must have previous travel or agency nursing experience preferred.
- Separation from employer for at least 6 months required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a travel nursing or temporary assignment.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
