Key Responsibilities
• Provide acute care and swing bed coverage, managing patient treatments in a hospital setting
• Assist with outpatient therapy services as needed
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients, managing an average of 8-10 patients daily
• Document patient progress and treatment details using hospital-specific electronic medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs and recovery goals

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or credentials to practice as a Physical Therapist in West Virginia
• Proven experience in acute care or hospital-based therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing a caseload of 8-10 patients daily

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with hospital electronic health record systems such as Meditech Expanse and ReDoc
• Prior experience working in swing bed and outpatient settings
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and care priorities
