Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and support to patients in ICU settings.
• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments and interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all certification and licensing requirements.
• Float between multiple hospital locations as needed, including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain equipment functionality.

Required Qualifications

• NBRC (RRT) certification required.
• Indiana state license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, with at least 18 months recent ICU experience.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BCLS.
• Educational program accredited through CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in ICU environments.
• Ability to float between multiple facilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
