Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Intermediate Care / Progressive Care / Stepdown units, monitoring patients closely and responding to their needs.
- Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility to support various departments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and care details accurately using electronic health record systems.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU, IMC, PCU, or stepdown experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adjust to unit float opportunities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in neuro or trauma units preferred.
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced hospital environment.
