Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III or IV NICU setting
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries as needed
• Administer blood products, medications, and manage ventilators including CPAP, BiPAP, high-frequency vents, and oscillators
• Monitor and support infants with feeding tubes, PICC lines, central lines, and syringe pumps
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes
• Float to different campuses or newborn care units as required, maintaining flexibility and adaptability
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of recent neonatal nursing experience
• Active, unrestricted compact license (state of WA or eligibility to transfer)
• Experience with Level III or IV NICU protocols, including high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries
• Ability to manage ventilators, blood products, and invasive lines
• Willingness to float to different facilities and units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with ECMO is not required but familiarity with advanced neonatal supports is a plus
• Prior experience working across multiple hospital campuses in a travel nursing capacity
