Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients in a community hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in the state of Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Strong knowledge of ICU equipment and monitoring systems.
• Excellent clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous experience working in a community hospital environment.
• Compassionate patient care and strong communication skills.
