Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Proven experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospital setting with Telemetry capability.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
