Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients requiring physical therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient recovery and progress
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately
• Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and injury prevention
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current state license to practice in Washington
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual skills are a plus
