Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to patients across various age groups.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Relevant master's degree in speech-language pathology or related field.
- Proven ability to evaluate and treat speech and language disorders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience providing therapy in a clinical or school setting.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
