Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living and motor skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and progress.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to enhance recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with current occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
