Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs through evaluations and modify therapy interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and strategies to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies related to occupational therapy.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
