Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans and imaging procedures using state-of-the-art GE equipment.
- Work closely with radiologists and medical staff to produce accurate images for diagnosis.
- Operate MRI, X-ray, fluoroscopy, and other imaging modalities as required.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures following departmental protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
- Adhere to all safety and dress code policies, including wearing navy scrubs.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in CT.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with GE imaging equipment and Meditech EMR.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- RT (T) certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- FASRT membership.
- Prior experience in a hospital setting, especially within a comprehensive stroke center.
