• Full-time, Night shift (3x12 hours, 1845-0715)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit within an acute care hospital setting.
• Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapy and blood product administration.
• Monitor patient conditions, document findings using Cerner charting system, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage peripheral lines and PICC lines, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Support hospital policies on isolation precautions and patient safety standards.
• Float within scope to meet department needs as required.

Required Qualifications

• Active licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois or in the application process with an acceptable ETA.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid IL license or application in process with ETA.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with blood product administration, peripheral line care, and PICC line management.
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and acute care protocols.
