Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Primary Purpose: The RBT provides direct behavioral intervention and support services to students with behavioral or social-emotional needs, under close supervision of a BCBA. The RBT helps implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collect data, and support students in general and specialized settings to promote positive behaviors, skill acquisition, and academic engagement.

- Location: St. Louis, MO
- Pay: Starting at $25/hr (Unsupervised), Starting $32/hr (Supervised)
- Hours: May vary based on location

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in psychology or related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral intervention techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one behavior therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior interventions and data collection procedures as outlined in the client's behavior plan.
- Observe and document client behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
- Assist in modifying intervention strategies based on collected data and supervision feedback.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging environment to foster client engagement and progress.
