- Full-time, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), weekends and holidays as assigned
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in an inpatient substance abuse treatment facility for adults 18+
- Monitor and assess patients using CIWA and COWS protocols
- Conduct UAs and document patient progress in the electronic health record system
- Maintain empathetic boundaries while managing patient needs
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care during overnight shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- BLS certification
- CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) certification
- At least 12 months of experience in an inpatient rehab or similar setting, with experience in COWS and CIWA assessments
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior psychiatric or mental health nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (HCS or similar)
- Experience working with voluntary patients in a detox or substance abuse setting
