Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and patient-family centered emergency care in accordance with organizational and state standards
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient interactions thoroughly and accurately using computerized systems
- Act quickly and efficiently in emergency situations to deliver lifesaving interventions
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine or ability to obtain
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of responding rapidly and effectively during emergencies
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in emergency room or critical care settings
- BLS/ACLS certification
