- Full-time, day shift, 12-hour shifts, includes weekend rotation, hybrid call rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical/Acute Care setting
- Utilize nursing assessment, planning, and evaluation skills to deliver patient-centered care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate treatment and ensure proper patient outcomes
- Participate in on-call duties as part of staffing requirements
- Support patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including post-surgical and orthopedic care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Care, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or equivalent RN role
- Valid RN license to practice in Colorado
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Proof of flu vaccination (no exemptions accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in orthopedic surgeries, Cath Lab procedures, or related acute specialties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment, adjusting to shifting patient needs
