Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care to individuals experiencing medical emergencies.
• Triage patients, assess conditions, and deliver immediate interventions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members to ensure timely and effective care.
• Utilize nursing processes, policies, and procedures to evaluate, delegate, and coordinate nursing services.
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with standards of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and responses.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nursing license for the state of Oregon.
• Proven experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous ER nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of trauma and emergency protocols.
