Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care to individuals with medical emergencies.
• Triage, assess, and deliver immediate treatment in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Delegate, evaluate, and oversee nursing care for assigned patient groups.
• Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel to maintain quality care delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in emergency care or ER settings preferred.
• Ability to perform triage and rapid assessment of critical patients.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of emergency protocols and patient safety procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital emergency room.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Excellent judgment and ability to work under pressure.
