Job Title
• X-ray/Radiology Technician
Location
• Charleston, SC
Schedule / Job Type
• Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM) Friday through Sunday, with holidays as needed; potential orientation shifts may occur during weekdays in the first week
Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures adhering to clinical protocols
• Maintain and operate radiology equipment safely and effectively
• Circulate within scope of practice, including floating between facilities on the same campus if necessary
• Participate in on-call rotations, averaging 3-4 days per month
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including radiation badge management (agency supplied)
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of radiologic technologist experience
• ARRT (R) or SCRQSA (R) certification/license
• BLS certification
• Must possess a radiation badge (agency provided)
• Ability to work night shifts including weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with O/C-Arm imaging
• Travel experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is a plus
