Tech Dosimetrist

Job Title: Tech - Dosimetrist

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and calculate treatment plans for radiation therapy patients
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced treatment equipment, including TrueBeam and Elekta Versa HD
• Conduct chart checks and validate plan accuracy
• Collaborate with therapy team to ensure precise delivery of radiation treatments
• Utilize imaging modalities such as CBCT, kV, and MV imaging for treatment verification
• Support emergency cases as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dosimetrist
• Certification in BLS, ARRT Therapeutic Radiography, and valid California state license
• Experience with Aria treatment management system
• Proficiency with treatment planning software and imaging equipment
• Knowledge of adult inpatient and outpatient radiation therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Truebeam and Elekta Versa HD systems
• Familiarity with GE Lightspeed CT scanner and Bravos HDR afterloader
• Experience with Xoft superficial treatments
• Chart checking expertise
