Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to additional nursing departments as needed based on patient census
• Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines, including BLS and ACLS protocols
Required Qualifications
• Valid registered nurse license in the state of Iowa
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications are a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to varying departmental needs
