Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously, assessing and responding to changes with appropriate interventions.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on advanced clinical knowledge.
- Collaborate with medical team to coordinate treatment and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Oregon RN license.
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification (AHA).
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ICU experience.
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred.
