Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Iowa.
• Proven experience in outpatient or clinical physical therapy settings.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with pediatric, geriatric, or orthopedic populations.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
