Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and deliver appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required at the time of submission
• 2+ years of recent ER nursing experience
• Ability to pass a day-one skills test upon orientation arrival (one attempt only)
• Willingness to float to another facility as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a Level I or Level II trauma center
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
