Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, Level 1 trauma center emergency department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing EPIC electronic charting systems.
• Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure prompt, effective treatment and patient safety.
• Support patient families with private consultations and family waiting areas.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS, ACLS certifications through AHA.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Epic electronic health record experience.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a busy, state-of-the-art emergency department.
• Trauma center background, particularly with Level 1 trauma care.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and manage holiday coverage.
