Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac and vital signs.
- Float as needed to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units within ratios of 1:4 to 1:6.
- Work rotating 12-hour shifts (7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) in 4-week blocks from days to nights.
- Cover every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday for days; Friday through Sunday for nights).
- Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols, including completion of required testing and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Day one pass/fail testing required upon submission.
- Compliance with BILH coverage sheet submission.
- Relias practice tests completed via Relias platform.
- Minimum of 6 months of recent RN experience in a hospital setting (travel experience preferred).
- Ability to float between units as needed.
- No recent BILH employment within the last 6 months for consideration.
- Ability to work rotating days/nights shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification (AHA).
- NIHSS certification.
- Level 1 trauma experience (preferred; required if no prior travel experience).
- Experience in telemetry, cardiac monitoring, and emergency unit care.

Additional Notes
- Bilateral interview services will conduct IVS review before manager approval.
- Weekly start dates on Mondays.
- Guaranteed hours of 72 per biweekly pay period, excluding on-call time.
