Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients in various units, including ED holds, inpatient units, PACU, and other boarding units.
• Float to different units as needed, supporting patient needs across the hospital.
• Complete daily assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient vitals with a focus on cardiac telemetry.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
• Participate in rotating 12-hour shifts scheduled in 4-week blocks, covering days and nights.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• BLS (AHA) certification required; ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS preferred.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with Level 1 trauma center settings preferred or required if no prior travel experience.
• Must have been separated from the employing facility for at least 6 months to be eligible.
• BILH coversheet required at submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 trauma experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to float to multiple units with ease, handling varying patient needs.
