Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical emergency care to patients experiencing medical emergencies or accidents in a Level 1 trauma setting.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for patient assessment, documentation, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver timely, compassionate care in a state-of-the-art emergency department.
• Maintain clinical competence through adherence to protocols and standards for emergency nursing.
• Participate in holiday and weekend shifts as required, providing consistent coverage in a high-volume ED.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Valid MA nursing license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA.
• Epic electronic medical record experience.
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level 1 trauma setting.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy emergency environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
